🏡 Starter home update: nationally, there are 220K more affordable listings than in 2022 — and the South (that's us) is leading the improvement, with softer prices and more inventory than buyers saw just two years ago.

Yes, homes under $350K are still pricier than pre-2020. But if you've been waiting on the sidelines here in Louisville, the trend is finally moving in your favor. 📍
