The secret to a smooth transaction isn't luck 🍀it's expectation management. If you aren't talking with your clients ahead of time to set realistic expectations based on market realities, you're setting them up for frustration.
If you want your clients to win, you have to do the heavy lifting before the contract is even written. Set those expectations early, speak with data-backed authority, and actively participate in the market day in and day out.
