🗣️Registration for the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission's virtual Updates from the Capitol 2026 CLE programs is now available at
https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/CLE/

The Kentucky Legislative Research Commission (LRC) offers these Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs free of charge as a public service.

The agenda for each program includes presentations approved for CLE credit by the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) CLE Commission and approved by KPACC under § 9.02(A)(1)(a).

Two full-day sessions will be offered:

June 15 – Updates from the Capitol: Part I

June 29 – Updates from the Capitol: Part II

Certified Kentucky Paralegals: Please use the KPACC Updates from the Capitol Certificate of Attendance Form (https://www.kypa.org/resources/CLE%20Events/Non-KPA%20Events/Updates%20from%20the%20Capitol_KPACC%20Certificate%20of%20Attendance%20Form%202026.pdf) when submitting CLE credits to KPACC. A KBA Activity # will be provided and must be included on your form to verify attendance. Submission of program materials is not required.

Be sure to review the FAQs (https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/CLE/CLE_FAQ.pdf) for the Updates from the Capitol CLE programs. These live CLE programs will not be available on demand.
