If anyone is interested in attending a good networking opportunity, the Jeffersontown Business Expo is tomorrow. Admission is free and open to the public. The expo is from 2-6 following a luncheon. There will be more than 60 business booths and 9 food tasting booths for the Taste of Jeffersontown. There are 15 themed baskets for the silent auction and 170 reservations for the luncheon (luncheon is not free). The staff has put together an outstanding event.

Middleton Reutlinger intends to hire one or more associate attorneys in support of our Commercial Practice Group with 1-7 years prior relevant experience. We represent a diverse group of commercial clients ranging from small family companies to large corporations, both public and private. This broad based representation includes but is not limited to:

Mergers and acquisitions
Corporate formation and structure
Commercial real estate transactions
Franchisor – franchisee relations
Supply chain management and procurement matters
Contract negotiations
Customer and supplier relations
Uniform Commercial Code matters
Consulting, licensing, dealership and joint venture agreements
Tax issues
Secured and unsecured lending transactions
Employment matters

Candidates must have a license to practice law in Kentucky. Base salary will be commensurate with relevant experience. Associates also participate in the firm’s earned bonus program.

LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Associate with 2-4 years of experience, for our growing Commercial and Insurance Litigation Practice. We are looking for an attorney that understands the client’s business and achieves the best result consistent with those client needs in the most efficient manner. The candidate must also have excellent research and writing skills. Candidates must have a license to practice law in Kentucky. Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience.

Required experience:

1-4 years of experience in civil litigation defense. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development and a comprehensive salary/benefits package for candidates motivated to achieve excellence in this area of law
