In a landmark victory, PLC Law Group attorneys secured justice for Christopher De’Andre Mitchell (deceased) in a wrongful death case against the city of Torrance and officers Matthew Concannon & Anthony Chavez.

Our relentless pursuit of justice resulted in a $7.8M settlement and charges brought against the officers.
