The Harouni Law Group is looking for an attorney to represent tenants against their landlords for such things as breach of warranty of habitability, breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment, retaliation, forcible detainer, discrimination, and other housing-related issues.
Sole practitioners and currently employed attorneys are welcome to apply as well.
The ideal candidate would have any number of the following traits:
1. Experience in non-UD landlord-tenant litigation;
2. Trial experience;
3. Superior research and writing skills;
4. Ability to work with a great deal of independence; and
5. Great negotiation skills.
The attorney will be given a competitive salary based on their experience, a percentage of gross revenue, vacation days, major holidays off, benefits (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance), and sick days off.
