Immigration Law Clerk (Full-Time | Remote | International – Selected Countries Only)
Are you a law graduate interested in building a career in U.S. immigration law and gaining hands-on experience with employment-based petitions?
Raju Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Law Clerk to join our growing team and primarily support EB2-NIW (Employment-Based Second Preference – National Interest Waiver) cases.
This is a strong opportunity to work directly with U.S. immigration attorneys, develop practical legal drafting skills, and gain real exposure to complex employment-based immigration work in a fully remote environment.
📍 Please note: This position is open only to applicants currently based in the following countries: Philippines, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, and Rwanda.
🕒 Candidates must be available to work full-time and align with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
📌 What You’ll Do
• Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparing and filing EB2-NIW petitions
• Conduct legal research and draft petitions, recommendation letters, and supporting documents
• Review client documents for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain case files and records
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and team members when needed
• Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Provide administrative and general support to the legal team
📌 Qualifications
• Law graduate
• Prior immigration law experience is NOT required; training will be provided to the right candidate
• Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable and deadline-oriented
• Must currently be based in the Philippines, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, or Rwanda.
• Must be able to work full-time following U.S. EST business hours
