Sciocchetti Taber, PLLC represented Rhinebeck Bank in connection with this $15M construction and permanent financing for Matrix Hotels’ newest TownePlace.

Rhinebeck Bank is thrilled to be partnering with Matrix Hotels on their latest Hospitality Project! Rhinebeck Bank provided $15,000,000 in financing to support the construction of tourism and hospitality growth in Warren County! The property will be a 68,000 sq. ft., four story, 111 room extended stay, TownePlace Suites By Marriott Bonvoy.

Big win for Albany 🎥🍿

Congrats to Joe Masher & Scene One Entertainment on bringing the theater fully back under local ownership.

From reopening to executing on a lease-to-own structure, this was a staged path to title that required real follow-through. Joe stayed on it and got it done.

Scene One Entertainment says it has completed its purchase of Spectrum 8 Theaters, setting up new upgrades at the longtime movie house.
