Mrs Roy is a legend. That word gets thrown out a lot, but it’s not only fitting but probably understates the impact she’s had in the community for SIX DECADES.

She taught me in sixth grade thirty years ago, and I still vividly remember her lessons and quips.

She pushed me hard to be the best version of myself and to reach my potential. She did the same for countless others.

This is all news to me — but if I knew of this meeting I’d be there.

🚑 One of the biggest myths after a car wreck is that you HAVE to take an ambulance to have a case.

That’s not how it works.

Take the ambulance when it’s medically necessary — head trauma, broken bones, serious injuries, emergencies. Your health comes first.

But taking a $2,500 ambulance ride just to “prove” you’re injured? That’s bad advice that’s been passed around for years.

What actually matters is getting proper medical treatment as soon as possible after the crash.
