Edwin A. Anderson is an attorney with the firm of Miller & Drozdowski, P.C. in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Tennessee and California, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the Central District of California. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and on June 4, 2007 he was admitted by Chief Justice John Roberts to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Since 1998, Mr. Anderson has concentrated his practice in the areas of Social Security disability, VA disability, long-term disability benefits, claims and appeals.

With extensive experience at all levels of the Social Security administrative process, Mr. Anderson will help you with forms, and explain the medical evidence that is needed by the Social Security Administration to approve your claim. He knows that he has to put in the time to help people obtain Social Security Disability & Supplemental Security Income Benefits. Mr. Anderson looks forward to helping solve your legal situation.

On August 23, 2018, International Justice Jason M. “Jay” Ross appointed Mr. Anderson to serve as District Justice of District XXIV of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, which includes all of the Commonwealth of Virginia except the Washington D.C. area and includes chapters at the University of Richmond School of Law, the University of Virginia School of Law, Washington & Lee University School of Law, Appalachian Law School, Regent University School of Law, and the College of William & Mary Law School.

Originally from California, Mr. Anderson earned his B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, where he was elected Marshal and then Justice of the Joseph Story Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. He received the Outstanding Law School Chapter Justice Award for 1994-1995 and was named a Life Member of Story Chapter in 2009.
