We received word this afternoon that a state’s tax department was removing the proposed assessment on a client’s business jet. It took over a year but they finally realized the documentation we provided at the very beginning really was sufficient to show that they didn’t have the authority to levy the tax.
That’s several hundred thousand dollars saved by the client and win 4 out of 4 for Adam Strachn in improper aviation tax assessments in two different states.
