AI is reshaping the future of Multifamily, and we’re leaning in.

Today, our NorthPoint Management team attended an AAKC seminar focused on understanding how Artificial Intelligence is transforming our industry. The session, led by Justin Jones of SmartRent, was a hands-on deep dive into how AI can be applied in real-world Multifamily scenarios and where technology is headed next.

No matter your role in Multifamily, one thing is clear: AI isn’t coming, it’s here. And we’re excited about the opportunities it creates for smarter operations, stronger teams, and elevated living experiences.
