Our firm provides quality legal services in an atmosphere of integrity and respect toward our clients, other legal professionals, and members of our community. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients and doing everything we can to achieve some measure of justice for them. We primarily represent individuals who need help because they've been fired, harassed, or experienced other proble

ms at work. We regularly handle cases dealing with the Iowa Civil Rights Act, Title VII, the ADA, and the FMLA. We believe that each individual has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and we work to ensure that our clients receive such respect throughout their legal proceedings. Our Johnston office is located at 8831 Windsor Parkway. Although we are located in Johnston, we take cases from Des Moines and throughout Iowa. Our Gretna office is located at 20615 Highway 370. Gretna is located just southwest of Omaha, and we take cases throughout Nebraska. Juneteenth isn’t just history; it’s unfinished work. A pause to remember what freedom cost, and who carried that weight long before it was acknowledged.
