I have a confession.

Every once in a while I list a property that makes me think, "Dang... if I had an extra pile of cash lying around..." 😂

This is one of those.

Multi-unit. Three furnished living spaces. Tons of flexibility. The kind of property that can actually work for you instead of just giving you another mortgage payment.

Most people assume investing in real estate is only for wealthy people. That's just not true. A lot of investors started with one property exactly like this.

This Woodward home is officially closed!

We went under contract after just 34 days on the market and made it to the closing table with no issues. HGTV may thrive on plot twists, but not every real estate transaction gets put through the ringer. Sometimes things actually do go as planned.
