📣 Please join us in welcoming Nichole Cristilli to the Everett Dorey team! Nichole is Senior Counsel, specializing in toxic tort and complex litigation, environmental law, and general civil litigation.
Nichole earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating cm laude in 2008, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During law school, she received the Highest Grade Awards in Legal Writing and Torts, served as President of the school's American Trial Lawyers Association chapter, competed in Mock Trial, and was published in the Fall 2008 issue of the Tulane Law Review.
Since graduating from law school, Nichole has developed broad litigation experience across toxic tort, environmental, and general civil matters. In her most recent practice in toxic tort complex litigation, she has been responsible for writing, arguing, and defending pleadings, motions, discovery, pre-trial reports, and settlement offers, and for taking and defending depositions in coordinated complex litigation. She has also rendered administrative decisions on tort claims against a federal agency, applying complex environmental law and health regulations across all fifty states to resolve toxic tort claims before litigation, and advised government litigators on strategy in active litigation. Her broader background spans regulatory research, workers' compensation, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters, as well as in-house counsel and private practice. Please join us in welcoming Nichole!
