Kenny, Esq. is a dedicated California licensed attorney and certified Mediator possessing vast legal knowledge and experience in the full breadth of commercial business litigation, business transactions, contract drafting and review, negotiations, real estate litigation and transactions, corporate compliance, M&A, entity formation and structuring, and startup consultancy. Mr. Kenny also sits on the Board of Directors of Cargo Cam, Inc., a bustling tech startup in the transportation space looking to redefine an industry ripe for innovation. Prior to founding Kenny Law Group P.C., he gained many years of experience working as a senior law clerk, internship director, and subsequently an Associate awaiting licensure at WKB, LLP, where he worked in both the litigation and transactional law departments simultaneously
