Together, we can help students start the school year with confidence by providing backpacks filled with essential school supplies.

📢 California FAIR Plan Rate Update

Homeowners in California should be aware of an important change coming soon.

The California FAIR Plan Association has announced an average rate increase of 29%, which will begin October 15.

This adjustment may impact policyholders differently depending on coverage type and location. If you currently have a FAIR Plan policy, it’s a good time to:

• Review your current coverage
• Compare options with admitted carriers, if available
• Speak with your insurance agent about how this may affect your premium

Staying informed now can help avoid surprises later.

The California FAIR Plan - the state's high-cost, bare-bones fire insurance of last resort - is raising rates 29%, on average, starting mid-October.
