Congratulations to Mr. Venegas on the purchase of his new home in Los Angeles! 🎉

This closing is especially meaningful because our relationship goes back more than a decade. In 2015, we had the privilege of helping him and his brother purchase their very first property—a duplex that became the foundation of their real estate journey.

Fast forward to today, and Mr. Venegas has taken the next step by purchasing a single-family home for his family while keeping the duplex as an investment property and source of rental income.
