Everybody’s got that one person on their feed.

Somebody you used to work with, or went to high school with, who got their license two years ago and now they’re posting sold signs every couple of weeks.

I’ve been teaching this since 2003, and I’ll tell you what I’ve noticed. They’re usually not the sharpest person in the room. They just signed up before you did.

Crash course is back August 22nd and 23rd. Two days on Zoom, Saturday 9 to 4, Sunday 9 to 1, all of it pointed at getting you through the state exam. $299.

Our grads have done over a billion dollars in California real estate. Not one of them was born licensed.
