How AWESOME! 🤩

"Being parents of a child with special needs, we understand how taking a family out can be challenging and intimidating." Lauren Neale is opening Corban's Smash House to change that: https://www.rocketcitynow.com/article/news/local/new-restaurant-coming-huntsville-aims-create-a-welcoming-space-for-families/525-88fc3879-d590-46b1-ad70-1931f1b755c8?utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook_FOX54_News_Huntsville

🎉 A 43,000-square-foot adventure park is coming to South Huntsville!

Lululand is set to open at The Shoppes at Meadowbrook in summer 2027, bringing a new family destination to South Parkway near Home Depot.

The park is part of a larger redevelopment of the shopping center, which will also welcome new businesses, retail and commercial space, including Up A Creek.

For investor Anusha Davis, the project is about more than new businesses. It's about bringing new life to a place with deep roots in the community.

“South Huntsville was my stomping ground. I was born and raised in Huntsville and graduated from Grissom,” Davis said. “I’m passionate about helping Meadowbrook become a place where the next generation can make those same kinds of memories.” ❤️

With Up A Creek and Lululand joining the lineup, the redevelopment is gaining momentum. And Davis says there’s even more on the way for South Huntsville. 👀

It’s been a busy quarter! 🤩

I can’t believe how fast this time flew by, but Q3 is officially in the books! KKRE helped 10 amazing clients land their perfect spots across Huntsville, Madison, and beyond, with half of our listings closing in under 24 hours (told you it was fast)! It was a total whirlwind, but SO deeply rewarding. Above all, we’re beyond grateful to everyone who put their trust in Kristin King Real Estate for such a big move. It means the absolute world to me!
