Buying a used vehicle from Ohio or Kentucky? Don’t forget that the seller’s signature on the title must be notarized at the time of the transaction. This means a notary must be present when the seller signs the title.
Once the title has been signed, it cannot be notarized afterward unless the seller can personally appear before a notary to resign their signature.
