We’re proud to announce a $300,000 settlement on behalf of an injured Chief Engineer under the Jones Act.

A federal court has granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs in the Downstream litigation, marking a significant step forward for property owners impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

With liability now established, the case moves into the damages phase, where compensation will be determined.
