It has been a good week at RAM Land Law.

Catherine Bateman reached a mediated settlement for a real estate agent client whose fees were wrongfully withheld.

Today Partner Rex A. Mann reached a settlement agreement representing tenants whose landlord wrongfully withheld a security deposit. $15,000.00 settlement. All attorneys fees paid and almost entire claim!
