Co-Managing Shareholder Ben Westcott served as a panelist at today’s Surety Association of Houston luncheon, along with David Groppell, John Coyne, Ron Bartulla and Moderator, Casey Carpenter.

The panel provided valuable insight into contractual and bonding considerations affecting general contractors, subcontractors, and surety professionals, including key warning signs to identify when reviewing bonded contracts and potential areas of risk.
