WE ARE HIRING – Associate Attorney
Practice Areas: Personal Injury, Immigration & Family Law (Pre-Trial Focus)
CAO & Associates PC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role focuses primarily on pre-trial case development, legal writing, discovery, negotiations, and client advocacy. Limited courtroom appearances and USCIS interview attendance may be required.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Negotiate settlements and case resolutions
• Prepare clients for and attend USCIS interviews
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications
Qualifications
• Active Texas Bar License (required)
• 1–5 years experience in personal injury, immigration, or family law preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Vietnamese bilingual preferred
• Must work in person
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
• Health insurance
