There is also a page using our firm's name and business address, but it's not us. You can find us on Facebook only at facebook.com/bergpclaw.

Any other page using our name is a fraud and an attempt to steal from you.

The fake website has been reported to its domain host and to Google. The fraudulent page has been reported to Meta.

We do not communicate with prospective clients through Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media — ever. If someone claiming to be with our firm asks you to communicate that way, block and report them immediately. It's not us.

With very few exceptions, we represent crypto scam victims on a contingency basis. In those matters, we do not ask for payment of any fees or expenses up front. If there is NO RECOVERY, there is NO FEE. Anyone demanding an upfront payment to recover your funds is not us and is trying to steal from you.

Be skeptical of any social media ad promising crypto or asset recovery.

Why has this happened to us?

Security experts and financial crime investigators told us we're a target now because we're drawing blood. Scammers are trying to eliminate or undermine a threat. That won't happen.

Geoff Berg was featured on ABC13 News to offer his expertise on the recent indictment of a cryptocurrency executive from Cypress, Texas, allegedly involved in a scheme to defraud investors.

Investigators say that during a meeting in Georgia in 2021, representatives for XUSD told prospective investors that XUSD coins were backed with precious mineral mines as well as a Chinese imperial gun box worth $100 trillion.

Some of the most moving testimony I've ever heard was last week when our client, a single mom and an immigrant, described how she lost nearly $100k after being conned by a crypto scammer. Andrew S. Golub and I got an injunction in her case as the first step to getting victims their money back.

Dickweeds who con people out of their money in internet scams have gotten away with it because everything's done in crypto, which law enforcement can't seem to find. For the past couple of months, renowned wordsmith Andrew S. Golub and I have been working with bearded, backward-cap wearing veterans of certain government agencies who have managed to find the stolen crypto. Last week we got a TRO freezing those accounts.
