AMSY hosted Mr. Kenta Asai (Managing Partner & Founder) and Ms. Asami Shimizu (Executive Assistant & Office Manager) of Asai Law Firm in Osaka Japan. Mr. Asai and Ms. Shimizu greatly enjoyed their visit to Texas, taking in many sites and sampling some great food. We discussed how we can strengthen our collaborative relationship on international matters to better serve our Japanese and American clients.
Mr. Takahiro Shinano, of the Asai Law Firm, has been interning for AMSY as foreign associate since September 2022 and is scheduled to return to Osaka very soon. We will miss him, but we look forward to continuing to work with him on cross-border matters. AMSY Managing Partner, Chris Stevenson, and Kenichi Yagi plan to visit Asai Law Firm later this summer.
