living in Houston, you are bound to see “ROWDY” tagged somewhere. After I posted about TOEFLOP, the comments sparked conversation on whether these two tags belong to the same artist.

These tags in the video I happened to spot on my commute to work but ROWDY is more notable known for some pretty daring locations. The top of that abandoned skyscraper down town is the one I’m mostly curious about (but it’s now covered up by GARY lol).

ROWDY started to pop up all over the city around 2018, but have you seen any new ones recently? 🤔
