We tried Hash Kitchen in Pearland and between the build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, Billionaire’s Bacon, Cannoli Donuts, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, the McDrizzle and something literally called The Best F #%ing Birria Hash… they understood the assignment.

And yes, the birria hash lived up to its name. 🔥
