Attorney Tom Gregor Speaks with ABC13 on Lamar CISD Transparency Controversy

In a developing story out of Rosenberg, the termination of leadership within the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District police department has raised serious questions about transparency and the limits of public information laws.
Gregor Wynne Arney attorney Thomas Gregor—a board member of the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas—recently spoke with KTRK ABC13 regarding the district’s refusal to release key details.
“The fact that they have raised all of these on an issue that obviously has public importance tends to suggest something is happening. They are just not willing to disclose it,” Gregor said.
