Given the current climate of present events; a moment of transparency.

I may have strayed from something that may have given me a more purposeful experience. Towards how I am perceived although I bounced back, it is 100 percent how my environment handled me.
my decision, totally. There is use for me, and I can organically move any mountain with faith IF I know myself.

True to self, but that decision does not garner baggage to my present.

Is it funny?
is my tribe or demographic of people acceptable?

The question is always will they understand me, and that is NOT sarcasm.
"The next level"
often family, culture and environment shape our decisions.
personally, understanding gratitude is something of first nature.
understanding my father's house has to have respect.
understand that we have to play the game but on terms that stick out to you.

hopefully I can look back and laugh as I tell someone younger with energy that the things that aren't entertainment, can lead you.
the way you train yourself is where you can move through levels.
Unapologetically . Train hard, Sharpen your mind. mind the company you keep and always sound smart.

Focus on learning trades and hard skills high eating skills, and less on celebrating celebrities, social likes, get in tune with nature, read, collaborate , keep your nose clean. 2024 is 2 months away!!

Learning the many different stories with Business Owners daily, at most their time now is available to chat. But when they wrre just starting to do business it may have been difficulties or challenges to make it to their destination now. In the present I’m truly grateful for meeting these individuals and maybe one day someone could be blesse to be in my presence. For the time now. It’s a good idea to collaborate with other affluent people/group/ culture to build a reputation of good face, a valuable connection of relationships. Commercial Real estate and lease agreements are like the humble relative to residential real estate.
Why?
Because you can Lease, sub-lease (sub-sub-lease) areantal space. Have land that can be rented for foodies and food trucks
Have a tone of freedoms.

My contrast is who would sub-sub-lease a residential property ? A wholeseller that was at 1.5% interest 🤷🏾‍♂️
