📈 According to HBR's latest Local Market Update, 🏙 Mililani condo/townhome sales jumped by 50% 🔺 year over year with 21 closed sales as the median condo price ticked down 3% 🔻 to $499,000. Condos were on the market for a median of 29 days, five days less than last April. The month ended with 86 active Mililani condo listings.

🏡 There were 15 closed sales of single-family homes in Makakilo, more than double the area’s sales from last April. Pending sales were also up 43% 🔺 (10 sales). The median price in the area fell 21% 🔻. Homes were on the market for a median of 32 days, five days more than the same time last year. The month ended with 19 active Makakilo single-family home listings.
