When Jessica told us the story about Hector yelling “Five Star Freeburn!” during class one day and the entire room joining in, we knew we had to come check out Tread House in Lancaster for ourselves.

Now we get it.

The workout was great, but what really stood out was the atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where everyone pushes each other, celebrates each other’s wins, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

Thanks for having us. We’ll definitely be back.

Congratulations to Hector L Garcia on hitting 1,500 classes Tread House in Lancaster.

We stopped by this morning to celebrate and ended up meeting Bobby High , who had nothing but great things to say about Hector, the community and family they’ve built there. Congrats again on an incredible milestone 👏

Even if you think you’re helping by updating friends and family, photos, videos, live streams, or comments made after a crash can be taken out of context and used to question your injuries or what happened.

Before you post, protect yourself. Focus on getting medical care and speaking with an attorney first.

If you’ve been injured in an accident, we’re here to help.

A lot of people assume they can’t receive workers’ compensation if the accident was their fault.

In Pennsylvania, that’s often not true.

If someone you know was hurt on the job, send them this.

It could help them understand their rights and avoid missing out on benefits they may be entitled to.

Can you be fired while on workers’ compensation in Pennsylvania?

Yes. Pennsylvania is generally an at-will employment state, meaning employers can terminate employment for many lawful reasons. However, an employer generally cannot terminate an employee because they filed or pursued a workers’ compensation claim. Whether a termination is lawful depends on the specific facts of each case.

If you’ve been injured at work and have questions about your employment or workers’ compensation rights, contact Freeburn Law for a free consultation to discuss your situation.

Think you can wait until Monday to report a work injury? Think again.

If you’re hurt on the job, report it to your employer as soon as possible. Waiting until after the weekend can create unnecessary questions about when and how the injury actually happened. Your employer or their insurance company may argue your injury occurred somewhere else, making your workers’ compensation claim more difficult.

Don’t put your claim at risk by waiting.
