Act 107 was signed into law on November 3, 2022. The law makes retroactive the elimination of suspensions for drug convictions. Previously, when the suspension for drug convictions was eliminated, the law was not made retroactive. It is now retroactive!

If your license is currently suspended in whole or in part for prior drug related convictions, you should see those suspensions removed from your record which could make you now eligible to restore your driving privileges.
