Monk Law Office By limiting our practice to personal injury & bankruptcy, we are able to provide the time & attention Our practice is limited to just two types of cases.

For many years at the Monk Law Office we have been helping people deal with tough times. We represent people who have been injured through the negligence of others and those seeking relief from overwhelming debt through bankruptcy. By limiting our case load to personal injury claims and bankruptcy filings, we are able to provide the time and attention our clients need and deserve in dealing with their legal problems. You always have a lawyer available along with a seasoned staff. We know it is frustrating to work with larger firms and wonder whether you even have an attorney working for you on the case. We accept only a handful of the numerous cases that we review. Carrying a small caseload assures the time to address your concerns and properly prepare for the best possible outcome for you. We would be glad to discuss your case. There is no charge to talk to us.
