Dear friends, donors, and supporters :
Last week, we received unsettling news that could impact how organizations like Immigrant Hope – Greeley continue to serve our community.
At the federal level, the program responsible for recognizing and accrediting non-attorney legal representatives has been significantly disrupted. The senior attorneys who oversee approvals have been reassigned, leaving no one currently authorized to approve new or renewed applications.
What does this mean?
Right now, we are still able to operate and serve our Neighbors. Our current accreditation remains valid, and we will continue offering the same low-cost, high-quality immigration legal services you rely on. But there is uncertainty ahead.
There are several possible outcomes:
• This could be temporary and resolved quickly
• It may create long-term delays and barriers
• It could signal future regulatory changes
• Or, in the most serious scenario, the program could be ended altogether
We don’t yet know which direction this will go.
What we do know is this:
We are still here.
We are still serving.
And we will continue to move forward—faithfully and courageously—until we absolutely cannot.
Our mission has always been to walk alongside immigrants and refugees as they pursue lawful pathways and stability.
That does not change.
But we need you now more than ever.
Here are ways you can stand with us:
• Pray – for wisdom, stability, and protection over this work
• Share – help others understand what’s at stake and why it matters
• Give – your support helps ensure families can continue receiving life-changing legal help (many services we provide cost a fraction of traditional legal fees because of donor support )
• Advocate – Contact Representative Gabe Evans today: (We have a template ready to use, if interested).

This moment is uncertain, but our hope is not.
Thank you for standing with Immigrant Hope – Greeley. Together, we will continue to serve, adapt, and trust God for what comes next.
