He had three documented transmission failures. Under California law, that pointed to a refund or replacement worth around $20,000.

Here is some honesty most attorneys will not give you.

If your car is truly defective, you have to commit to taking it in for repairs. If you do not have the time and you are happy to keep driving it, maybe it is not as defective as you think.

If the problem is real, we can even arrange to have your car picked up. But it has to get to the dealership.

Here is something most people do not know.

When a dealer runs a diagnostic and finds nothing, that does not mean your case is over. Many defects only show up under specific conditions, and they can take three or four visits to catch.
The worst thing you can do is stop bringing the car in because the warning light went away. Every attempt counts, even the ones that come back empty.
