UNDER CONTRACT!!
We were 11 days on market when we received an offer from a buyer that was contingent on selling their home. We accepted and gave them two weeks to get their home under contract.
Well, the two weeks came to an end and we had to cancel and go back on market. Exactly two weeks later those same buyers came back and had just accepted an offer on their home!
Sometimes things are just meant to be. So happy for all involved. This one is pretty special and when it closes, I will explain the back story. Stay tuned! ❤️
