Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP was honored to support the SYJCC Annual Golf Outing on June 4 as the event's Breakfast Sponsor.

For more than 50 years, the Suffolk Y JCC has provided impactful programming and essential services throughout the community. Proceeds from the outing help fund critical initiatives, including programs for children and adults with special needs, home visits and nursing care for homebound seniors, daily hot lunches for vulnerable seniors, and the Community Pantry & Garden, which serves 100 families each day.

Jonathan is in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. He brings extensive experience in transactional real estate, lender representation, bank settlement work, and foreclosure litigation. Jonathan previously served as a Partner at two real estate-focused firms and earlier held litigation roles supporting high-volume litigation practices. He also gained experience in commercial litigation and worked with a state regulatory agency, contributing to a published opinion and assisting in recovering significant civil fines.

We’re proud to welcome Catherine M. Azevedo as Of Counsel in Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran’s Banking and Financial Services Department.

Catherine brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance and agency lending, representing Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in complex multifamily transactions.

Her background includes both law firm and in-house experience, and she is bilingual in English and Tagalog, with fluency in Spanish.

Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP is proud to sponsor the 2026 CBIZ Workplace Challenge.

This 3.5-mile run/walk for charity has become Long Island’s largest “office picnic,” raising more than $1.4 million for local nonprofit organizations over the years.

On July 28, 2026, we’ll head to Jones Beach State Park in Wantagh alongside more than 10,000 participants representing over 200 Long Island businesses for what promises to be another unforgettable community event.

The Challenge benefits the Long Island Children's Museum, Long Island Cares Inc | The Harry Chapin Food Bank, Children's Medical Fund of New York, and the Nassau County SPCA.
