Every key has a story.
Some days real estate is contracts, inspections, phone calls, and paperwork. Other days it's helping someone start a new chapter, find a fresh beginning, or hand over the keys to a dream they've worked years to achieve.
Looking at this reminds me why I do what I do. Every home has a story, and I'm grateful to be part of so many of them.

🏡 Real Estate Lesson from Game Night 🎲
Cards, Mexican Train, Bunco, or buying a home... the people who do best usually have a plan before the game starts.
You don't just sit down at a card table and hope for the best. You learn the rules, know your options, and make decisions as the game unfolds.
Buying or selling a home is a lot the same.
The biggest mistakes I see aren't bad luck, they're people making moves without knowing all the cards in their hand.
Thankfully, these two furry assistants keep me grounded between contracts, inspections, negotiations, and showing homes.
