Congratulations to Trevor and Megan on the purchase of their new home!

Trevor and Megan were ready for a new chapter — a home to really plant some roots and grow. When a house on their own street went on the market, they knew it was worth pursuing. We helped them put together a competitive offer that beat multiple others, all while still landing under the listing price.

Congratulations to Caleb on the purchase of his first house!

Caleb came to us through a referral from an out-of-state agent who'd known Caleb for years, and wanted to connect him with someone trusted in this area. We met and talked through his goals and what he was looking for: a low-maintenance home that would fit his busy schedule without sacrificing quality of life.
We put together a game plan around his timeline and target area, and found a condo townhouse that checks every box.

Join us in congratulating Adam and Ashley on the purchase of their first home!

Several years ago, Adam and Ashley connected with Bret — thanks to an introduction from Ashley's brother, a past client and friend of his — to map out a game plan for their homebuying goals. They waited for the right time, and this year, they made it happen.

Maryland's housing market continued to show signs of stabilizing in July — home sales were virtually unchanged from a year ago, and the median sales price rose 2.2% to $455,000.

The bigger story, though, is inventory. New listings are down nearly 22% compared to this time last year, which means buyers across the state continue to have fewer options.

What this means for you:

Buyers — Well-priced, move-in-ready homes are still seeing strong interest, so it pays to be prepared and ready to move when the right one comes along. Having your financing and priorities in order ahead of time makes all the difference.

Sellers — With listings still tight, well-presented homes have a real advantage right now. If you've been on the fence about listing, low inventory can work in your favor.
