Life got a little crazy and here I am just now catching up. I’m just so thrilled for my seller! We got his beautiful condo cleaned up, staged, photographed and on the market in ONE WEEK from his initial call to me. Not just that but after 3 days of jam packed showings and an Open House that was a hit, we got under contract for $15,100 over list price! Of course this was after sitting down to filter through the 16 offers, yes I said SIXTEEN OFFERS, to find the option that worked best for him.
