From a young age Taylor had a passion for creating — from original artwork to dreaming up home designs and growing her own gardens. After graduating with a BA in fine arts, she expanded her talents as an event designer and for the last decade Taylor refined her aesthetic, honed her customer service skills, and grew her customer base which led her to claim the role of top salesperson in the company
. During this time Taylor bought her first home and lived the downtown Frederick life in a historic brick rowhouse. She then purchased a 1950’s Cape Cod fixer upper spending countless hours renovating it, rented her rowhome, subsequently selling it years later. The real estate bug had bitten her hard and, coupled with her desire to help others realize their home-buying dreams, whether first time buyers or those looking for an investment, becoming a real estate agent was a natural next step for her. When she isn’t dreaming up her next home project (to torture her husband Philip) or out in her garden harvesting veggies and flowers you can most likely find Taylor cuddling her pup, Ziggy the Rottweiler, or her adopted cat-dog Zoey. She also spends time enjoying her family’s lakeside property on Lake Anna in Bumpass, VA. Taylor is a Frederick native and has loved watching county's growth through the years. With a lively downtown foodie scene, microbreweries and unique local shops Frederick has become a desired destination for tourists from areas near and far. If you prefer something a little less crowded there are trails to hike, water to fish and plenty of land to explore. Taylor knows the ins and outs of the surrounding areas and will gladly put that knowledge to work to help you find a place to call home!
