Heads up, Middletown.

After planning to move ahead with the town’s election on April 6 as scheduled, Middletown officials will discuss whether to postpone the vote, or perhaps conduct it entirely by absentee

We've received a lot of questions regarding whether we will be open as a result of Covid-19.

The answer is YES.

However, we will be working remotely as much as possible. We will still be conducting consultations and meetings, but they will be conducted via telephone conference. As of now, we are planning on going forward with most scheduled mediations and depositions. Per the attached order, Courts have been effectively closed to the public except for certain emergency proceedings -- but individual counties are also providing statements as to the matters they are handling, and we will update our clients when we know more. We will be notifying our clients as to any changes in previously scheduled matters.
