Many founders assume EB-2 NIW is only for STEM, tech, AI, or research-based profiles.
That is not always true.
Non-STEM founders may also qualify, but the case must be built around the legal standard not just the success of the company.
The key questions are:
- Does the proposed endeavor have substantial merit?
- Does it have national importance?
- Is the founder well positioned to advance it?
- Can the evidence show broader U.S. impact?
A business may be successful, but for NIW, the strategy is to connect that success to a larger purpose.
Founders from education, finance, media, consulting, healthcare operations, logistics, sustainability, and other non-STEM areas may still have strong profiles if the evidence supports the case.
For a profile evaluation, book a consultation.
