In addition to providing start-to-finish litigation of workers' compensation cases in SW Florida for 22 years, we are now available to assist with settlements statewide. We not only represent injured claimants statewide but also offer Mr. Solt as a trained mediator who can serve as a neutral party to help facilitate settlements between injured workers and insurance carriers. The mediation experience or dealing with both sides from the middle certainly does assist us in our primary role of obtaining maximum settlements for injured workers' as we become even more aware of the tactics that carriers use.
