My third-quarter Market Watch is here, and there are a few numbers worth a closer look:

🏡 33 homes for sale, compared with 56 last year.
🔑 28 homes sold during the third quarter, compared with 35 in 2025—a 20% decrease.
📋 17 properties went under contract in September, showing an encouraging month of buyer activity.

Average sale prices were lower across all property types compared with last year, while buyers had fewer homes to choose from.
