Florida condo and townhouse sales rose 11% year-over-year in July — marking the 11th consecutive month of annual sales growth.

Buyers are becoming more active across several price points:

🔑 Under $500,000: sales up nearly 8%
🔑 $500,000–$1 million: sales up 24%
🔑 $1 million+: sales up more than 31%

As condo associations and owners continue adjusting to recent insurance, assessment and regulatory changes, the market is showing signs of improvement.
