Quiet title issues can sit in the background for years—until they suddenly become a problem when you try to sell, transfer, or refinance a property.

That’s the kind of work Zach Sellers deals with every day at ARlaw Partners in Little Rock. Zach is an associate attorney who focuses on real estate law, including quiet title actions.

He’s been practicing in Arkansas since graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2018, and he’s licensed in both state and federal courts. Before joining ARlaw Partners in 2023, Zach built experience across real estate, probate, and bankruptcy matters—giving him a pretty practical, problem-solving approach to messy legal situations.

Outside the office, he’s a reader, history buff, and writes epic fantasy stories in his spare time.

If a property title has questions that don’t have clear answers, Zach’s work is about getting it back to something clean and usable.
