We’re excited to announce that our managing partner, Charlcee Small, has been recognized by the NWA Business Journal in the Class of 2026 “Women in Business.” It’s a tremendous honor and we couldn’t be more proud.

Charlcee’s been with the firm since January 2019. She became the firm’s managing partner in 2022. She continues to maintain a small criminal defense and immigration practice, but spends most of her time keeping us all in line. Congratulations!
