We are excited to announce Elise Oberg will be joining our firm as a summer Law Clerk. Elise is a law student at the University of North Dakota School of Law and is also pursuing her MBA through the joint J.D./M.B.A. program. She grew up in Warren, Minnesota, and earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UND before deciding to pursue law because she always enjoyed reading, writing, and working through complex problems. Elise is looking forward to gaining hands-on experience and learning from the attorneys at Nilson Brand law this summer.
We are proud to welcome Elise to our team and look forward to helping her continue her education and experience in the legal profession!

Born and raised in West Fargo, North Dakota, Scott Brand brings grit, discipline, and determination to every case he handles.
