Seneca Soccer Community,

As the spring season comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to thank our volunteer coaches, managers, field maintenance crews, referees, snack masters, and parents. We also want to send a big thanks out to our sponsors:

We also wanted to shed some light on the Birth Year and Season Matrix change starting Fall 2026. Please review the chart in the comments. This is a required change being implemented from US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, and American Youth Soccer Organization. The change will shift to an August 1-July 31 age group cycle. This new format better aligns players with their school grade peers, encourages participation, and supports family-friendly scheduling. If you have questions as to where your child falls feel free to reach out.

As the academic year is coming to a close, Randolph Technical Center would like to express our sincere appreciation to the shadowing sites that have hosted our Career & Work Skills Training students over the past nine months. Thank you to the supervisors, mentors, and staff at Busch, Zurbuch & Thompson, PLLC, Vandalia Health-Davis Medical Center, Citizens Bank of WV, Elkins Physical Therapy Service, and Elkins Fire Department for your time and contribution to these students. The experiences you provided have helped them gain a better understanding of what it takes to be successful and get one step closer to reaching their career goals!

🎓Today we celebrated our CWST student Ayriana Broughton’s “last day” and upcoming graduation with a Legally Blonde-themed lunch. Ayriana has been our CWST student for the past three semesters. After graduation Ayriana will be joining BZT Law part time while she continues her education at Davis & Elkins College, followed by Law School. Our takeout from Beander’s was delicious.

Happy 35th Anniversary BZT Law. On this date in 1991 the Law Firm opened, originally as Busch & Talbott. The Firm was founded by brothers-in-law, John Busch and Richard Talbott, Jr. The Firm's first associate attorneys were Cynthia Gustke and Peter Zurbuch. While changing names to Busch, Zurbuch & Thompson in 2003, the Law Firm has operated at 26 High Street for 35 years.
